[I have heard of this before, and seen the quote, but this video explains it in more detail. I should add that there was the Dred Scott v. Sandford (1857) court case where the judge ruled that: "Black people, free or enslaved, could not be U.S. citizens." America was created by WHITES for WHITES. Jan]
