Video: Congressman Louie Gohmert on reports of a Scytl server in Spain accumulated US Votes?

[I found a more direct link so you can watch the video where Gohnert says that the US election data was being accumulated by Scytl in Spain! I do find this strange. I see there are claims that Scytl does NOT have offices in Frankfurt in Germany. I really would not have imagined that something as important as US election data could be accumulated outside the USA. But this is what this congressman is saying, and he talks about sending off information. I find this strange. Jan]
