[I find the notion of black snipers interesting. It's something I've only ever seen coming out of the USA. It's fascinating. I doubt they're as good as the whites, but even so, you won't find blacks in Africa doing this. Jan]

Mark James Robert Essex was an African American who killed nine people, including five policemen, and wounded 13 others in New Orleans on January 1, 1973, and January 7, 1973.
