VERY IMPORTANT: Complaints that my Videos are not working and only the AUDIOS are working

I’m getting more and more people coming to me saying that my videos on my website are not running properly. I’ve asked people for screen shots and I can see that the videos appear and then after a while they disappear and the background becomes WHITE.

I am trying to see what is causing this. Note: My newer videos are slightly BIGGER – and it’s because of audio changes I made. But this should not affect the videos.

I don’t see the problem at my end. Videos take a while to load, and then they run fine for me.

I am wondering if the BROWSER you use makes a difference. One supporter told me he’s getting the problem on Brave.

If you are experiencing a problem with the videos where you don’t see the images and it disappears and becomes White – please let me know. I’m only interested in the latest videos – the Julius Caesar one and the Shoot out.

There is another issue I’ve noticed, a technical issue that has been bothering me and it might relate to this.

I apologise for this. But all feedback is welcome. I need to sort this out ASAP. I’m horrified by it.
