S.Africa: White Employees get screwed over by CAPITALISM/CORPORATIONS without even noticing it

This morning I had a very interesting discussion with an old White nurse. We ended up discussing our careers, mine in computers and hers in nursing and I noticed a similar trend. It has to do with the way CAPITALISM and CORPORATIONS RESTRUCTURE entire CAREERS SO THAT IT FAVOURS BLACKS. Whites end up being shunted downwards without realising it. This must have happened in many professions. They push you DOWN (without you realising it) and ultimately almost out, but not quite. I worked for a lot of big corporations and I grew to HATE THEM. I HATED THEM and I HATED THE MANAGEMENT EVEN THE WHITES IN MANAGEMENT. THEY F*CK WHITES OVER. I HATE IT. WE NEED TO RETURN TO THE WAYS WE DID THINGS BEFORE BLACKS AND OTHERS CAME ALONG. OUR OLD WAYS ARE BETTER.
