S.Africa: From Jan: Lots of Whites with WATER PROBLEMS in Johannesburg!

I was driving through 2 nearby suburbs in the last 2 days. And to my amazement I saw a big truck with water tanks standing at one place and Whites were crowded around it with plastic water containers filling up! Today when I drove through the area I saw 2 water tankers and even a camera crew filming a story about it.
This is the first time I’ve seen this in Johannesburg and apparently it’s quite a widespread problem. It’s not affected me yet, and I do have my own backup plan.
One of my neighbours had been talking about how this is going to be our next big problem after Electricity. This does not surprise me.
But it was the first time ever that I’ve seen anything like it! We’re going DOWNHILL!!!
