Russian Military benefit from Kakhovka Dam destruction: Russians retreating from Kherson region

An interesting development is that as a result of the flooding from the blowing of that dam, the Russians are actually removing most of their best troops out of the Kherson region and sending them to help beef up the rest of the Russian lines elsewhere.
We will have to see how long it takes for the flood waters to subside and for the soil to harden and also to see if there are ways for the Ukrainians to cross the river.
It seems to me this could take a month or even two. Nobody really knows.
So for now, this is buying the Russians a lot of time during this fighting.
I do wonder if more intense and hectic things will be done as the months go by.
