Note on a related matter: The Jewish community in Bielefeld has raised its objections to a parade through the town, which friends and supporters of our Ursula have planed for next month, to commemorate her 91st birthday, that the astoundingly vigorous Ursula Haverbeck will “celebrate” in the Bielefeld prison (JVA).

manifestation de soutien à Ursula Haverbeck

« Je sais que nous sommes en démocratie, mais ce n’est plus une
démocratie si ces droits [de manifester] restent valides dans de telles
circonstances », a déclaré le président de la communauté juive de
Bielefeld, Irith Michelsohn. Après l’attaque de la synagogue à Halle an
der Saale, il a fallu réévaluer la menace de l’extrémisme de droite.
La police de Bielefeld n’a pas interdit la marche de soutien prévue par
le mouvement « Die Rechte » [La Droite] le 9 novembre prochain en
l’honneur d’Ursula Haverbeck, qui aura 91 ans le 11 novembre 2019. Mais
le 9 novembre est un jour commémoratif dédié aux victimes juives de la
Nuit de Cristal (9-10 novembre 1938). « Quel dommage que, un 9 novembre,
les partisans de « Die Rechte » puissent défiler à Bielefeld parce que
la négationniste de la Shoah, Ursula Haverbeck, est en prison »,
s’indigne Michelsohn. La manifestation autorisée affichera le slogan «
Liberté pour Ursula Haverbeck ».

Christoph Gusy, juriste du Centre de détention de Bielefeld, explique
que la situation juridique est claire. L’attaque de Halle n’a aucune
influence. Gusy souligne que la législation en vigueur offre la
possibilité d’interdire aux manifestants l’accès aux endroits sensibles
tels que les monuments commémoratifs. Cependant, selon Gusy il n’est pas
possible de prendre en compte les dates sensibles. La police de
Bielefeld et les responsables de « Die Rechte » s’étaient mis d’accord
sur les conditions de la manifestation.

Allemagne pendant les jours de fêtes juives et les commémorations de
l’Holocauste et autres pogromes réels ou présumés…]
