Putin is bringing in non-Russian forces including NON-WHITES. He’s bringing in Syrians. But I think there are other possible non-Whites coming in too. I’m not sure how many of the 16,000 are going to be Syrians or other non-Whites … But Putin is now scrounging around for non-Russians to throw into the conflict.
