A fully online bank … without bricks and mortar – SOFI – Any feedback from you?

I came across a mention of this American bank: https://www.sofi.com/It was explained to be a fully online bank. It is nothing but a website.
This is apparently the best of such banks.
I’m very interested in such things, and am curious if any of you have dealt with such banks either in America or Europe and what you think of them and what your experience has been.
The future I see is one where a LOT of these big businesses, are going to be sunk by more efficient methods that come from the age of computers and from computer nerds.
