[I have looked into the book The Committee of 300 by Dr Coleman. It had some good stuff about the Boers in it. But there are many things that don't make sense to me. This is from an email with someone who tells me they knew Dr Coleman PERSONALLY. I don't buy into the theory that 300 people rule the world or can rule the world – and definitely not for centuries.
