S.Africa: Whites: Farm attack, elderly trio saved after swift response by Farm Watch, Hendrina

A farm attack took place on 10 January 2023, at 20:00, on a farm in Hendrina, in the Mpumalanga Province of South Africa.
An unknown number of attackers gained entry to the home by breaking in through a window.
Three residents in the home aged 68, 69 and 89 managed to raise the alarm in time and swift response from the local farm watch caused the attackers to flee.
There was one arrest.
The elderly trio were not injured but were severely traumatised and treated at hospital for shock.
Hendrina police are investigating the case. There is no other information available at this stage.
