TOP SECRET: More Votes than Voters – Long time Black Democratic Voter Fraud trend

An Attorney I know in the USA and whom I stayed with for a few days in 2019, told me this little nugget of info about Black Voter fraud that they do not discuss in the US. But it seems to be quite an established trend.
He wrote:
They had more votes cast in several states than the states had registered voters-unfortunately this is par for the course for the democrats-No one will come right out and say it, but the precincts that do this fraud are almost always black precincts. Blacks usually vote 90% for the democrat in presidential elections.
