Just a quick note on my own experiments on myself! 🙂

I was caught off guard on food myself. I have been quietly stocking up on food quietly. Also Vitamin C. Best in powder form. I had old food lying around the house like rice and pasta that I had not bothered using. I checked it out. 11 year old rice… totally edible. Rice is awesome. I even ate pasta that was 10 years old, and its perfectly fine. These were not specially prepared foods … just normal off the shelf foods, and they’ve lasted 10+ years. My next one to check is the staple diet of africa, maize (corn). Some people say it can’t last longer than 6 months. I want to check for myself.
