This is about health tips from my Boer doctor and also discussions with a friend who is extremely fitness and health conscious. I talk about the fact that Cancer LOVES sugar. I also talk about the “Wonder drug” Vitamin D (It’s a hormone actually) and how it boosts your immune system massively.

    Jan if you are getting ill or have been getting ill, check your breathing. Get a book from Dr Constantine buteyko who was a genius. All people who constantly get ill cannot comfortably hold their breath for more than 25-35 seconds without needing to take a large breath after a pause.

    Jan, if you want to be health, live a long time to see the white nations rise up (or anyone reading this) get Buteykos stuff, I know people who got rid of their emphasima and asthma and improved their lives, completly got rid of their bronchitis with these techniques, quit smoking etc etc amazing shit.

    He goes into depth about diet, especially sugar and processed foods. Mouth breathing causes more teeth problems than sugar but through a large intake of sugar (resulting in being overweight) you will mouth breathe. Vicious circle

    If you cannot hold your breathe comfortably for 40 seconds, without a large gasp at the end of the breath hold, according to his studies and numerous years studying this subject, you will.

    1. Be constantly tired.
    2. Stressed
    3. Burnt out.
    4. get ill often
    5. have a 65% chance of having cancer.
    6. Will develop breathing problems like asthma

    Watch this, this man is one of the most brilliant minds in the health field and they took him out. They murdered him because he proved that over 120+ diseases could be cured within as little as 21 days or less through correct breathing. He helped so many people cure themselves that it posed a threat.

    The soviet union was nothing more than a union created by the banks for them to experiement with things, get drugs made and test the coming new world order on various ethnic populations.

    Buteyko showed how through breathing, nations would through correct breathing not go to war. When people go to war, the nations breathing is changed – he goes into some indepth studies but using simple language which will literally blow your mind away.

    He literally took what the Hindus/Yogis were saying for millenia and put science behind them yet without ever having studied those systems.

    @Yes Michael. The Yogis got it from the Aryans and their entire diets are discussed at length in their books about sugar and acidic foods.

    Read a book several years ago called “sugar blue” (typing this before watching the vid, not sure if its mentioned in there). In that book he mentions more sailors died of sugar overdose from Rum which was back then and still put down as scurvy.
    More people die on the roads in the West from sugar overdose than from alchol, elderly especially who have a coffe prior to getting on the road have more accidents after taking sugar.

    Tobacco leaves cured in the sun see the natural sugars evaporate in the sun, when dried in a large warehouse, the sugar stays on the leaves. The nations where they are dried in the sun vs nations where dried indoors, those indoor drying countries are your northern hemisphere nations and the cancer rates and death rates from those who smoke such tobacco is more than double than the others.

    Sugar blues, very good book to read. It goes in-depth like into armies. The death of the Egyptian army was when they were introduced to sugar. There is a correlation to the strength of an army and the food/sugar they eat. Rome was the same.

    Every civilization that gets into fast foods (roman era it was white pastas & highly sugary foods) sees the civilization reduce. The real danger of sugar and all these foods is really not the food but the heat it creates in the body. Processed foods create body heat, resulting in overbreathing.

    Over breathing causes asthma, overbreathing causes stress and activates the cortex part of the brain which is closely related to neanderthals. An interesting study regarding these processed foods, sugar and breathing was from a Russian Dr who was assasinated by the KGB Dr Buteyko.

    He found and made the most amazing discoveries related to breath and did so many studies and tests on the subjects. He did the following numerous times. There is actually a documentary of it, or it was on YouTube.

    A women was dying, had 3 weeks left to live, severe asthma, severe cancer, he taught her to breathe, within 10 days she walk out the hospital, no asthma, no cancer and she tells her story. The doctors had given up on her, he did this numerous times. He delved deep into this.

    He could measure your breath hold time, and tell you how long you could or would live on your breathing. He could tell you how ill you were by measuring your breathing. Its this simple, if you can hold your breathe without struggle for more than 45 -65 seconds no cancer can live in your body due to the reaction in the blood.

    If you can constantly hold your breathe for this long like divers or pilots that fly intense missions, you only need 5 hours sleep per night, you crave exercise, your body will not allow you to eat sugar or processed foods because you will feel the impact on your breathing.

    Ketogenic diet cures even stage 4 metastasised cancer by restoring cellular metabolism to aerobic, involving virtually eliminating sugars from the diet, making protein consumption more moderate, greatly reducing carbs and greatly increasing quality fats, especially MCT like that in coconut oil.

    Whilst ultimately, I believe eliminating fructose will not prove entirely necessary as regards carrot juice and beetroot juice for example, the latter of which improves efficiency of oxygen use in the brain by 20% or so, maybe even more, with carrot juice also having been used by some as part of an effective cancer cure, I really think that in more normal circumstances, natural unprocessed fructose would not be such a problem, as in other cultures like India, cancer is not very common, so in an entirely organic environment with non-processed foods being consumed, with basalt rock-dust enriched soils etc., fructose could once again form part of a very good diet I believe, but for the purposes of triggering a state of ketosis, the present method of using almost no refined sugar, or processed fructose, or even natural unrefined, unprocessed fructose, seems to be highly effective and is clinically proven.

    One day, though, in more normal circumstances, natural unprocessed fructose may yet once again prove safely usable in higher quantities, as our ancient ancestors ate massive quantities of sweet berries and fruit and almost never got cancer, if ever.

    CBD/THC hemp oil does the same, and massive quantities of vitamin C, vitamin D3 (along with Vit K2), Vit B17, all do very good things to reduce and help cure cancer.

    cancer is caused by fat and protein the acidification of the body. High carb vegan is the only way to go!!!

      I did a video about the link of sugar to cancer. That sugar may be the principle poison that causes cancer and doctors know it.

    In the oldest religious texts known to man, the Upanishads (written by white Aryans), it clearly says that foods that are sugary or spicy are in the mode of passion, and lead to dis -ease.

    Cancer loves sugar – so does Candida. Dr. Tulio Simoncini says that cancer is Candida.

    A good listen, thanks Jan for sharing your thoughts and experiences, I have been cutting sugar from my diet for years now and before I did this I was getting colds and the flu at least 4 times per year, now I seldom get a single cold once a year, amazing!

    I am curious though about the weight training you mentioned, the low intensity very heavy weight ratio.

    Thinking about it, all the men of back in the days, including my Dad, they all were and still are super strong, and it boils down to their lifestyle was doing manual labour, picking up and moving very heavy objects and spending time in the sun!
