South Africa: Raw Sewage in the streets & potholes…

A family member of mine went to the city of Klerksdorp which is to the west of Johannesburg. He was shocked by what he saw. He told me that he hit a pothole which also severely damaged his rim.
He was shocked to see raw sewage running down the streets of the suburb where a family member was living. Even for South Africa this was bad.
