Are Jews pushing Vegan, plant-only diets? Feedback from a White Scientist: The Game Changers Documentary

[I have personally experienced a massive reduction in my own chronic problems directly as a result of abandoning wheat and things I was allergic to. I eat mostly plant-based foods. But, I do still eat some meat. I'm not convinced that one needs to stay away from meat.

This scientist gives a good analysis of the flaws, and clear angles, being pushed in this documentary. I don't trust anything from Jews and Hollywood. Jan]

Today’s trend to herd people into vegetarian diets and away from meat. Why? Meat will make you strong. Plato (paraphrasing)- “Don’t feed slaves meat, it’ll make ’em stronger, feed ’em grains (wheat and bread) to keep them fat and lethargic.” – https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1901&v=HBuHPcGofHU

    Hi Jan:

Most plants are inedible if not downright poisonous. The remaining edibles usually contain harmful anti-nutrients such as lectins, phytates, oxalates, etc.

Food toxicology textbooks describe these anti-nutrients in detail. Textbooks suggest that these anti-nutrients can be reduced or somewhat neutralized through milling, heating, and other processing. Their effects can also be mitigated by also eating non-plant foods.

IMHO, anyone advocating a vegan diet wants to harm you by promoting your maximum exposure to plant anti-nutrients.
