Paul Fromm
Paul Fromm is the Director of the Canadian Association for Free Expression and the Canada First Immigration Reform Committee. On introducing himself to newcomers, Mr. Fromm often quips: “I have two issues:free speech and immigration. No enough free speech and too much immigration.”
A lifelong anti-communist, Mr. Fromm’s views came from family experience. His father worked in Colombia in the oil business. His expat Canadian parents were nearly killed in 1948 duringLa Bogatoza, a communist insurgency in which I young Cuban, Fidel Castro got his start. His parents were caught in a crossfire between government troops and the communist insurgents.
Educated at the University of Toronto where he earned a B.A. in English Language and Literature, a B.Ed., and an MA in English and Linguistics. He pursued further graduate studies at the University of Waterloo, the University of San Francisco, and Webster College in” Missouri. Mr. Fromm was an English instructor for 25 years, hailed by his Director of Education as “an exemplary teacher.” He was fred in 1997 after an extensive six-year campaign of agitation by Jewish groups, who opposed his views on free speech and immigration, which were always propounded outside the classroom..
Mr. Fromm is a writer and radio broadcaster. His writings have appeared in many publications, including the Toronto Sun, the Globe and Mail, Farm and Country, The Review of the News, the Catholic Register, the Citizens Informer and American Opinion. Mr. Fromm has a daily show of radio news and commentary “The Fighting Side of Me” available on AltRightTV.com. He is also so-host, with William Johnson, Chairman of the American Freedom Party, of a podcast called “The Ethnostate”. He records at least one YouTube video of current commentary a week on a variety of topics. He has lectured in England (the London Forum), Italy, Malta, Australia, and across the U.S. and Canada. He does a regular series of lectures across Canada. In 2006, he did a 26-city speaking tour of Canada and the U.S. on “The Frankfurt School”,
Mr. Fromm has visited South Africa several times, His interest goes back to the early 1970s, when he and several colleagues wrote and mass distributed a tabloid entitled “Christians Against Terrorism” which exposed the funding by many Christian churches of the terrorists in Angola, Mozambique, Rhodesia and South Africa.
Mr. Fromm is the International Director of the U.S-based Council of Conservative Citizens.
